What do I need to bring at the time of pick-up?

Please ensure you bring your photo identification (Drivers license/passport) with you along with the confirmation email/invoice number.

We cannot release the seat without taking a copy of a photo identification and signing of the T&Cs.

Payment Method

All our payments are online through the website. We do not hold any cash or ability to accept EFTPOS transactions at time of pick-up.

When should I place my order? 

As soon as possible. In order to avoid the disappointment of missing out on having exactly what you want, we suggest that you make your booking as soon as you have decided you wish to hire.  If you aren’t sure what you want or need, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the right products for your needs and budget.

What if I want to cancel my booking prior to pick-up?

Please contact us via Phone, Email or the website to cancel your booking.
We will refund all your money if the cancellation is 48 hours prior to pick-up.
Between 48 hours and pick-up time, we will deduct an administration fee of $25 from your deposit and return the remainder of your funds.
If you cancel after pick-up date, then we will adjust the funds depending on numbers of days after pick-up date at $10/day + $25 administration fee. 

What if I want to adjust my booking prior to pick-up?

Do you offer car seat fitting services?

No, Eazypods only provide car seats for hire, customers are liable for car seat fittings. However, all our car seats are ISOFIX compatible for your convenience.

Will my hire car seat be clean? 

All our hire capsules, carseats and boosters are carefully cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions and care is taken not to use astringent or allergenic cleaning products.

How do I select different pick-up times for different seats?

You will need to make separate bookings for separate pick-up times. Only 1 pick-up time allowed per booking. 

What happens if my hired car seat or capsule is involved in a crash during the hire period? 

If you are involved in any type of car accident, no matter how minor, you must inform us immediately.
